Account Deletion Request

This page allows beta users to request deletion of their Aionutri account and associated data.

Important: Aionutri is still in beta and the account deletion process is not fully automated yet. Requests are currently reviewed manually by the support team.

How to request deletion

  1. Fill out the request form on this page.
  2. Click Send request email.
  3. Your email app will open a pre-filled message to help@nexuscorehub.com.
  4. Our team will manually review the request and respond if additional confirmation is needed.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and login-related account data.
  • Your nutrition profile, preferences, and onboarding details.
  • Your saved meal plans, food logs, weight logs, and water logs.
  • Your subscription record stored in the app database, when applicable.

What may be retained

  • Minimal support or security records required to prevent abuse, detect fraud, or document request handling.
  • Technical logs that may remain in backup systems for a limited period before automatic deletion.
  • Any information that must be retained temporarily to comply with legal, tax, billing, or security obligations.

Retention timeline

We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days. Once confirmed, active account data is typically removed within 30 days. Some backup or security records may remain for a limited additional period before they are automatically removed.
