1. Scope

This policy applies to the Aionutri mobile app, including beta releases distributed through development or app store channels, and to the account deletion and privacy pages published for Aionutri.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use Aionutri, we may collect:

• Account data such as your name, email address, account identifier, and login-related records.
• Profile data such as age, gender, height, current weight, target weight, activity level, measurement system, and nutrition goals.
• Health and nutrition-related data such as dietary preferences, allergies, food restrictions, and user-entered condition-related information used to personalize meal plans.
• User-generated content such as meal descriptions, recipe requests, food search terms, and other text you submit inside the app.
• Usage records such as saved meal plans, diary entries, water logs, weight logs, and subscription status.
• Purchase and subscription information needed to verify premium access.
• Device, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction data collected by integrated SDKs, including advertising technologies.

3. How we collect data

• Directly from you when you create an account or complete onboarding.
• When you use app features such as logging, search, and recipe generation.
• Automatically through SDKs and service providers used by the app.
• From purchase and subscription platforms when premium access is checked.

4. How we use data

• To create and manage your account.
• To personalize nutrition plans, recipes, and in-app recommendations.
• To generate meal plans and analyze meal descriptions using AI services.
• To save your logs, preferences, and progress history.
• To provide subscriptions, premium entitlements, billing validation, and support.
• To show ads in free experiences and measure ad performance.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and improve the app.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Third-party services and sharing

Aionutri relies on third-party providers to operate core product features. We may disclose user data to these providers when needed to deliver the app:

• Supabase: authentication, database storage, and app backend services.
• OpenRouter and model providers: AI-based recipe, meal plan, and meal analysis features.
• RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK: banner ads, ad measurement, device identifiers, approximate location based on IP, diagnostics, and interaction-related data.
• OpenFoodFacts: product search queries entered by users.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of the service, or as part of a business transfer involving the Aionutri project.

6. Health and wellness notice

Aionutri handles nutrition, wellness, and user health-related profile inputs, but it is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect.

7. Advertising

Free users may see advertising content through Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect data such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, diagnostics, and product interaction signals in accordance with Google’s policies and your device settings.

8. Data retention

We retain active account and profile data for as long as needed to operate the beta service and support your account. We may retain limited security, billing, legal, and backup records for longer where necessary. Retention periods may change as the beta infrastructure evolves.

9. Account deletion and privacy requests

If you want to request account or data deletion, use our Account Deletion Request page or contact help@nexuscorehub.com. Because Aionutri is still in beta, deletion requests may be reviewed manually and may require identity verification.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and within our systems. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International processing

The providers used by Aionutri may process data in countries other than the country where you live. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in multiple jurisdictions.

12. Children

Aionutri is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly design the beta service for child-directed use. If you believe a child provided personal data to Aionutri, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially while the beta product is changing quickly. When we make material updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
